About Rex

Rex is also the Executive Producer of the Neurodivergent Voices Album, a landmark project that brought together LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent artists to create music centered on mental health and community resilience. Since its launch, the album has been leveraged by organizations and community partners as an innovative tool to advance wellness and inclusion initiatives for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent populations.
Rex currently serves as Tri-Chair of the TGX+ Initiative for the National LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) and as an advisor for the QTGX Initiative for the Los Angeles LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce (LAGLCC).
Rex Wilde (they/them) is an award-winning nonbinary LGBTQ+ speaker, educator, and inclusion consultant. Since 2016, Rex has worked with organizations across the U.S. to create systemic change for transgender and gender-expansive (TGX+) communities. With over a decade of experience in facilitation and organizational change, their approach to TGX+ inclusion has been trusted by companies like Spectrum/Charter, Con Edison, and The Getty Institute.
Rex graduated with honors in Sociology from Chapman University and quickly emerged as a leader in the LGBTQ+ community. From running national campaigns for the Employment Non-Discrimination Act to launching prominent workforce development programs in California, Rex has spent their career building pathways to economic empowerment and belonging for TGX+ individuals.
In 2019, Rex produced the Transcend Career Fair, the largest transgender career fair in the world — featuring over 75 businesses and 500 transgender and gender-diverse participants, earning national media coverage from CBS, NBC, and Telemundo.

We believe that true inclusion requires ongoing education, intentional practice, and meaningful connection. Connection fosters empathy. Which drives the understanding and inclusive actions needed to create equitable spaces for all, especially transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive (TGX+) individuals.
Today, more people and organizations are committed to embracing gender diversity and creating gender-inclusive environments. Yet many have not received formal education on transgender and nonbinary identities, gender-affirming care, or inclusive language. As a result, even well-meaning individuals and businesses often need support to align their actions with their values.
